It takes repeated follow-ups for them to finally agree to ship out the exchanged item. Finally, when the package arrived, it was folded into as small as possible and duck taped all over so that they can skimp on the shipping fee. It says on the package to only peal and not cut the tape to prevent damaging the goods wrapped inside. Physically impossible to unwrap it without cutting the package. In sum, a typical stingy Chinese company with no appreciation for its customers.
