My water is worse than when we started
My water is worse than when we started. My main issue was black specks showing up in the washer. This was supposed to be fixed by the $7k system. It was not. My water also now has a film and bad taste. None of these issues are being addressed by the company. They just don't call back. The water conditioner does nothing good, and they want $1800 to replace it with a softener which I can get at Lowes for $699 installed. The salesman used us old folks and we fell for it. Beware.
