Hi, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Bolt platform. More times than not, the system is extremely slow and even the simplest changes to a quote can take a long time to process. In many cases, I request a quote and it takes hours to receive an update. However, I want to highlight that Monique was fast, efficient, and very helpful in assisting me with getting a customer’s commercial auto quote completed.
