Fantastic customer service.
After owning an Aftershock PC for about 2 years I started to experience some issues with my PC. After enquiring they asked me to send my PC down to Melbourne (I'm Brisbane based), which required all the correct packaging and internal padding for support, however I dont just use my PC for gaming, I also use it to work from home and I don't have a spare alternative PC/laptop for work so I asked for an alternative. Dylan from Aftershock got in touch and organised a mobile PC repair in Brisbane to come out and look at my computer! Completely covered by warranty! Not only that, but my malfunctioning motherboard (or so we thought) was replaced with a newer upgraded one. Didn't fix my issue so the only thing left to fix was to replace CPU - a very rare case. This whole process took a few weeks (because I had to wait for parts to be delivered from Melbourne) however Dylan was very apologetic, let me keep the new upgraded motherboard, replaced and upgraded my CPU and threw in a new SSD as an apology! Fantastic customer service - very grateful for Dylan's assistance!
