Fantastic service... even when things go wrong
I have placed several orders through Flaviar at this point in addition to having a club subscription. Everything has always gone smoothly and been great. I ordered the Advent Calendar this year, and unfortunately, upon opening day 2, I found the vial cracked and empty. I proceeded to check the remaining vials and found that 5 in total were broken. I took a picture and emailed Flaviar and received an immediate response offering to remedy the situation with either a full replacement or a full refund! Knowing this customer service exists in the rare cases that something goes wrong will definitely keep me coming back (even beyond the great selection of whiskeys).
