Disappointing Experience with Lacemade: Poor Communication and Unreliable Delivery
I would like to share my experience with ordering from Lacemade, which was unfortunately very frustrating. I placed order #148721 from for a coat and a dress for my wedding. I was fully aware and accepting of their stated production time of 14 days, plus an additional 3-8 days for expedited shipping. However, the process quickly became problematic. A few days after payment, I received a generic email about delivery delays, stating that orders were being shipped chronologically. When I tried to get a clear, realistic estimate for my specific order, the customer service response was utterly unhelpful. I only received repetitive, scripted replies like: "Hi Princess, Thank you for your message! We will forward your request to the relevant department and it will be handled as soon as possible. We kindly ask for your patience in the meantime." This complete lack of transparent communication is unacceptable. There was no prior warning about these significant delays before I paid. As a customer, I felt left in the dark, with no genuine attempt to address my concerns or provide essential information. Due to the hopeless customer service and unresolved delay, I have decided to cancel my order in accordance with my right to do so and AM demanding a full refund, and due to your police rights you have 3 days to do it. Based on this experience, I cannot and will not recommend Lacemade. The combination of unmet deadlines and ineffective, impersonal customer support makes for a very unreliable and unsatisfactory shopping experience.
