Ordered from cotsen 2 months ago. Have reached out to them multiple times in a email. Haven't replied back,and order has been processing since Oct 2025. This is an example of poor customer service and lack of communication. I will not order from this company anymore. I have also reach out to cancel my order and there is no way to cancel the order. I hate i even ordered from this company.
