Amazing customer service. I’ve ordered 5 BRXLZ items from FOCO
I’ve ordered 5 BRXLZ items from FOCO. Yes they are challenging to put together but have a little patience and double check each row before moving on. (I had to tear the big stadium almost all the way down because I was off one space). Long story short I messed up some pieces on a football with glue. I emailed customer service and they replaced the pieces I needed even though it was totally my fault. They were very prompt in responding and it was the most amazing customer service I have had in a long long time
