Horrible
Horrible , First I though I was booking on American when I went to pay it said thankyou for using Esky . It’s the most confusing reservation I have ever had . Then my brothers wife died and I have been trying to cancel and get a refund . No matter what I do they want more information more proof that I am my brothers sister . Second the obituary is not enough they insist on a death cert . Totally insensitive . Asking me to ask my brother for his dead wife death cert as if the obituary is not enough . This is the worst company I have ever encountered . It is also Polish acting like an American company . Beware of Esky
