“Ready-to-Ship Dress Arrived Late – Misleading Information
I placed Order No. 145341 on **04 November 2025**, expecting the dress to arrive in time for my wedding on **31 December 2025**. Although I purchased it under the “ready-to-ship” category, the company later informed me that the dress is still in production and would not be completed until **16 January 2026**. This made it impossible for me to use the dress for my wedding and caused significant inconvenience. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the responses were inconsistent and unhelpful. I expected accurate information and timely delivery, but the service I received was disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lacemade, as the company failed to fulfill its promises and provided misleading information about the product’s status.
