Buyer beware! (Up-date 01/12/26) (Up-date 01/19/26)
I placed an order with this company for a pull-over hoodie and a Carhart zip-up hoodie. I'm 67 years old and weigh 168. I ordered an XL. The pull-over they sent is nice in appearance, but they sent a 3XL, and it's still a size too small! The Carhart is XL, but it's 3 sizes too small! It's terrible that they sell Americans these clothes that are sized for small Asian people! Now I'm stuck with these clothes that don't fit. I'm out almost $90, and live on SSI. The order took several weeks to come, and it would take a couple of months just to send it back, and that's even if they would let me. If they were more open about their sizes, I would buy from them again. until they do, it's "Buyer beware! Update January 12, 2026. Hello, folks, this is a follow-up to my Cotosen review. After I submitted my first review. Cotosen sent me a message through Trustpilot saying to contact them with my order details. making you think they want to resolve the issue because you were wronged, and they will take care of it. That's how they want it to sound, but the reality of the matter is that it's just for show; they're trying to clean up a bad review. Folks, two of the companies I submitted a review about send a standard letter to everyone who submits one... All just part of their plan to rip off Americans (and others, I'm sure). They have no intention of replacing or refunding your money. It's all because of bad reviews on Trustpilot or other places. Folks, just don't buy from Cotosen. They will send you clothing items three sizes too small, then refuse to even replace, let alone refund. TC! Hi folks, this is an up-date after I received a response from Cotosen regarding my problem with them. Even though Cotosen said they wanted to make it right in their response, it's just a cover letter they send out to anyone that gave them a bad review. They have no intention of making anything right! Just lies on top of lies since I ordered from them. The cover letter they sent is the same cover letter that Agota Travel sent me after I posted a review about them. If you look at both you'll see what I mean. Why do companies have such terrible busniess practices? Don't trust Cotosen or Agota with your hard earned money, I never will again!
