I bought a 13x16 ft lite blue sunshade shade. I spent about $300. The sun shade was waterproof but I had to pull it tight so the rain would not puddle and sag. Every time it rained I had to lift up the sag to get the water off. That was such a pain. Finally after a little over a year and a good downpour the sunshade ripped like a sheet of paper. Kgorge said the sun shade was out of warranty and I could purchase another sunshade at a discount. I went on Amazon and bought a 12x16 black and green tarp with grommets every 20 Inches. The (D) rings on the corners were heavily sown in Very strong. I paid $45.00 couldn't be happier. I would not recommend their waterproof sunshade. Waste of money. Poorly made
I calked several times and no answer and no call back. The sun shade I bought was to be waterproof it was nit. It ripped during some rain like a sheet if paper. Quality was very poor. Not worth $$$$
I bought a 13 / 16 foot. Sunshade, that lasted less than a year leaked, where it was supposed to be waterproof and finally, it ripped like a sheet of paper. I called the company. They never answered the phone. And finally, I sent an email and they sent me back. We'll contact you. They never did after a repeated attempts to make my product work and get a replacement under warranty. I never heard back from them.
