Great experience with Compensair
My experience with Compensair was great! I couldn't believe that till the last moment, but I got my compensation for delayed flight and it was even a little bit bigger, than my ticket price!! It took may be 1 month to get the money and my effort during this time was minimal - just providing necessary details to Compensair team. There was an issue with my bank account, because Compensair couldn't send money to Ukrainian bank. But they suggested me other options, and at the end I received money to my friend's account in Europe with no stress. What was very important for me - the constant support of Compensair team. They were keeping in touch all the time via WhatsApp and email and answered all my questions! Thank you, good job!
