Order Never Shipped
I had been a regular customer of Sourcemore for a long time and made many successful purchases in the past. However, my last order from almost two years ago was never shipped, and I never received the product or a proper refund. For two years, the company has failed to send my order, failed to refund me, and failed to provide any real solution. I have all the evidence of payment and communication, yet nothing has been resolved. This experience shows extremely poor customer service and unreliable business practices. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this store to prevent similar problems.
