Your time is not valued to anycubic
Edit: Sadly turns out that this is a company that does not value your time. I got a none working printer , trying to fix it with their guidance instead of replacing. (their choice) After a month wasted they ask for an extra month and a half for me to get a refund meanwhile my workload is piling up. I should had stick to the other companies i got my printers from. Sad Edit to answer to anycubics reply: Its been the best part of a month , if your support had the intension to resolve the issue in any none timewasting manor it had time in all this emails back and forth. Most of the time they didnt even put the time in to read the whole email. Please ,before answering, take the time to read the conversations and watch the videos from the start this time...
