Incompetent staffing, Poor Customer service!
I bought a dress that was on final sale and didn't love it when it arrived but decided to make the best of it since it was final! About 2 weeks later I received the same dress again. I couldn't understand why They sent out the same dress again? I reached out to Farm Rio to question the delivery of the same item. There is no wayto speak to a customer service specialist. All communication was through email. It turns out that they screwed up and didn't charge me for the dress until 2 weeks later when they sent me another dress. I offered to return the second one but the representative replied that it was final sale. I didn't expect a refund. This error occurred because someone working for them is incompetent. This will be my last purchase through the site! I can't trust them to get orders correct!
