This is my second wheelset purchase from Elitewheels and must say they offer the most Solid value reliable wheels. Martin, their sales representative who is cooperative since my first set of wheels, is an amazing person to deal with and he manages to answer every single queries and must say he’s the best. Thank you Martin and thanks to Elite wheels for making cycling much interesting with realistic friendly prices.
EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! And EXCELLENT Customer Service! They are by faaaaarrrr the best brand ever to deliver the best and icing on the cake is that they have an outstanding customer service specifically for the man of the show, Mr Martin who is a sale manager or executive at elite wheels and he really helped me out in sorting the wheels at my desired timeframe Infact 5 days earlier than expected!! Waiting time for your shiny lightweight glossy wheels would take anywhere between 20-30 days but Martin managed to tackle this order within no time! I got an email from this gentleman in just 12 days, “Your wheels have been dispatched” and i was more than just happy! Good work Martin & Team! Can’t wait to receive my wheels! Thank you!
