I spent over $400 on clothing that was of terrible quality. There is no option for returns. They do not provide a return address. I have heard the company does business out of Hong Kong. They put you off with very slow shipping. The items were smashed into packages and they gave me a free gift, a cowboy hat that was smashed up and bent. After multiple attempts with emails for a RTA and address to send the items, they said to take pictures and send them to customer service. They then circle back with the original email about how to obtain a return. They inundate the customer with red tape to get out of return. I tossed the items because they weren't fit for a dog and never received a refund. Stay away from this company!
