False Advertising!
Advertised a Black Friday sale, made a purchase with no shipping update for nearly two weeks, so I emailed asking for an update on my order. The response was that they went ahead cancelled my order and refunded! I’ve been going back and forth now requesting to speak to a manager and not getting anywhere. They are now claiming the item is “out of stock” despite showing in stock on the website. Disgusting consumer service and falls advertising cancelling an order!
