5 stars because I got a great price on this bag (marked down to $20). I love it except (1) the pull-strips to adjust the shoulder straps are too long – they drag on the ground when I carry the bag in my hand and get dirty. (2) The laptop compartment does not have a closure tab, to keep the laptop from sliding out if bag is turned upside down.
