Problem solved! I ha just assembled and set up my Flexispot E7 Pro desk when I encountered a problem with raising and lowering the desktop. Contacted support, tried to send a video as instructed(video too big by email!). So they patiently instructed me to share video through Google Drive and were able to solve my problem. All in one day. Fabulous! Great service, patient support staff…very courteous and got it done right the first time. Much appreciated!
