I needed some support from the company
I needed some support from the company, so sent them an email. There response time was very quick, within 24hrs. They seemed willing to work with me to correct the issue in a timely manner. I do wish that they had a phone number to call, as I appreciate doing business over the phone as opposed to emails, but again, the response time was very quick, so it wasn't much of an issue. The issue was resolved promptly, with good communication.
