Family is having a blast so far!
I have seen a lot of mixed reviews and while it did take much longer to get my K2 Combo than stated, my wife and I are loving it so far! We have had it unboxed and set up for about two days and have been having a blast making things for the family and as gifts. A few pros and cons: Pros -Very simple set up and directions were very clear -App is nice, at least for a beginner.. -The tips in the wiki were helpful but it doesn’t seem like the community is as involved but I could be mistaken -Printed a variety of different projects so far an only issues I’ve had have been with the test spool they sent (very tangled) and operator error with printing supports -Packaging is really impressive and very well done Cons -The customer service response time makes me very nervous… Responds to emails days later (a lot of negative reviews about the customer service which is a huge red flag for a newbie) -Would be nice if there was something to hold the CFS in place. Nothing has happened to where it has fallen or anything but just seems like that would make sense -Test filament was VERY tangled… ended up just not using it It has only been a couple of days but so far we have been having a blast with it and haven’t had any major issues. I hope all of the Customer Service concerns have been resolved and response times are addressed. Overall, everything has been working great and for a beginner things have been going smoothly!
