Terrible experience
Terrible experience. My order was never delivered, and when I contacted customer support, they simply didn’t care. No real help, no proper explanation, and no sense of responsibility. If a delivery service can’t deliver food and then ignores the customer when something goes wrong, that says everything about the company. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I will not use Bolt Food again and I don’t recommend it to anyone
