I booked flights through these due to being on holiday and having a family emergency I used these as they were the cheapest same day flights. However it took more than half an hour to board the first plane, the cabin crew were rude and looked like they didn’t want to do there jobs or even be there. The seats were like cardboard and weren’t very comfy. Boarding our connecting flight was a lot quicker, we had a 10 hours flight from Delhi back to Manchester, inflight entertainment was a bonus but a lot of out of date stuff, seats were okay but weren’t the comfiest. Food was okay however they gave us this sausage roll what was filled with beetroot it was disgusting, then had to wait 8 hours for our proper meal no snacks provided in between. We wasn’t able to purchase any alcoholic drinks cause you could only use a credit card is this company actually stupid? First and last time I use this airline
