Service out rates the product. Hopefully they reach the same level some day.
The Pluxy product gets a 3.5 stars as it’s not quite as effective as advertised. For me, it requires several passes and still doesn’t get all the hair. I like that it’s smaller than a body epilator and not as harsh. The customer service experience though, gets 5 stars. Excellent customer service experience.
