Every time I place an order you seem to have a sale a few days after or give away a t shirt or hat or something. Why don’t you just add that offer to stuff in progress? Your marketing team knows when promotions are scheduled to run so they should be added to orders in process. Not doing so is a disservice to existing customers. Like cable companies giving discounts to new customers and not existing ones. Bad business model. If your order process is not set up that way then fix it.
