2026/04/23 updated the company has proactively reached out to resolve the issue with a full refund for the product (not including shipping). Since the color bleeding was so bad, I had already thrown it out, but I truly appreciate their sincere attitude in making things right. I hope they will take this experience to heart and continue to improve their product quality in the future. The company told me to email their support, but I’ve heard absolutely nothing since I sent it on Dec 18, 2025. It's clear that not only is the product trash, but their customer service is non-existent. Check out this Threads link to see how shit it is. threads search "thekapco" I've only used it for a month, and the ink on the keycaps is bleeding now. The product quality and price are completely mismatched. The extremely poor material quality, when compared to the original keycaps made by Cherry, is honestly the difference between trash and Exquisite craftsmanship. At least 8 keycaps had cutting flaws, the colors were even blurred/bleeding, and white lines were printed where they shouldn't appear. You must think twice before purchasing this product. If you take away the Peanuts branding, this product is no different from garbage. I will definitely not buy this, and although I was initially interested in buying other designs from this line, there is no way I will look at this product again.
