My warranrt had expired and i merely had a small cosmetic issue losing a button and they immediately got back top me and instead of saying no we dont do that they took the time to ask me for pictures and propf of purchase and even tho warranty of case had expired they opted to mail me a button it was about 6 communications and after 2 days im now expecting it in the mail.
