This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. According to the tracking information, my package actually arrived in the destination city, where it was supposed to be delivered, and then was inexplicably sent back. No one notified me, no explanation was provided, and no solution was offered. I placed my order on november 28th for a christmas gift. Today is december 17th. I was expecting a standard delivery process. Instead, I am left waiting with no answers and no accountability. Customer service has not been helpful, and this situation has completely undermined my confidence in ordering from this store.
