Excessive/intermittent delays for consignment No communication from Alias
I have shipped over 50 pairs of shoes for consignment, starting on 12/5/25. Shoes that were delivered to Alias on 12/08 are still awaiting verification (12/17) while some shoes that were delivered on 12/15 were authenticated the same day. I was told by Donna that the verification process should take from 1 to 3 days. It’s been 8 business days since my shoes have been awaiting verification and a week since I initially reached out with my concern. No one has followed up since the original email I received from Donna on 12/11, despite the countless messages I have sent. I trusted Alias with my life savings and I am getting very nervous that my sneakers are not going to be available during this peak season or available at all at this point. All I ask is for communication to let me know what is happening. I’m not sure what to do since no one will respond to my messages. Looking for a solution. 🙏
