loyal Delsey Customer for 45 years
I have been a loyal Delsey Customer for over 45 years when there was Unlimited Lifetime Warranty! That really speaks to the Delsey Brand so I always bought Delsey and recommended to all my friends and family. Delsey had always been receptive and honored their warranty with replacement luggage especially since I live in Honolulu, Hawaii! This last time, it was a bit more difficult with the Customer Service team. I had been emailing them since 11/5/25, with no acceptable solution until Latisha helped me! She is a God sent! She is nice, friendly and so precise! She explained what I needed to do and then expedited my replacement immediately! Received it in 4 business days to Hawaii! Best Christmas ever! Stupendous Customer Service from Latisha! Please recognize her Incredible Amazing, Outstanding customer service! Mahalo, Latisha!
