Greatclear communication, smooth execution
Great communication. Great driver and dispatcher selection. Once things started moving it was smooth. The only hiccup was the initial driver and the rate were nullified and a new driver and new rate was proposed at the last minute which came out a little bit higher than the initial contract. But besides that hiccup everything was five star. Because of this last minute surprise I'm reducing one star.
