Crypto is gamble, not investment
this company cannot improve, they are manipulating data, scaming, frauding and lying about almost anything. Friendly advice, skip crypto as far as you can, this is not investment. I was not trader, I just "invested" money on so called good projects and after 5 years of waiting I am 87% in loss.
