I have been a loyal customer of The Last Hunt for several years, and overall I am very satisfied with my experiences. My purchases have always been great value and the quality has consistently met my expectations. With my most recent order, I paid an additional fee for quicker delivery. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered within the expected timeframe. That said, The Last Hunt’s customer service was excellent. They handled the situation professionally and promptly refunded the extra delivery fee, which I truly appreciated. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company responds, and The Last Hunt did the right thing.
