Non-existent customer support
Bought the TONEX plugin (not the "Max" one, as I don't need many sounds to choose from). It gives off a terrible, intermittent noise sound in some old Logic projects I wanted to remix. Guess that's some disgusting deterrent they've implemented into their trial version (which I tried before buying the package), but the problem still occurs when I try to use the sounds I apparently "own". Same horrible noise appears no matter what I do, making the projects unusable. I know it's caused by TONEX, as the noises disappear when I turn the plugin off. I have tried getting in touch with customer support three times regarding the issue. It's been weeks, and I've gotten no response. I am appalled by the entire experience with this company.
