They're a complete scam! I ordered a puzzle Nov 27th, it is now Dec 22nd, and i've been trying to get in touch with their support team through email and instagram and neither has been helpful or responsive in the least. I will be fighting for a refund or disputing them because my order was apparently "shipped" but the tracking number is fake, and I have not received my puzzle at all. This is so disappointing and absolutely rude, because it was a very nice gift idea for my newly married sister and to find out it was a scam right before Christmas when I was supposed to gift it to her is frustrating beyond measure.
