Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Email conversation only. It to a couple weeks to even get a response for order. It stayed in “processing” for a couple weeks. I got a gut feeling something was wrong after 3 weeks with no shipping confirmation. I asked to cancel the order since it hadn’t processed yet. A few days later I got a response saying too late to cancel because order had shipped. A couple more weeks pass no order! No delivery confirmation. Nothing. I contacted them again by email as there is no phone number to call. They told me my package was delivered to my front porch November 4. Lies!! There was no package delivered. And my mailman ALWAYS leaves our deliveries in our garage. I contacted them again asking them to address this. They said they have tracking proving it was delivered. Their tracking number does not match the tracking they sent prior. No delivery. No refund. This company is a scam. Severely disappointed in this company!
