Elegatto is the Grinch who stole my husband’s Christmas!! Non existent service. Tracking link said it was delivered but I never received it. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response ( there is no phone # posted anywhere) only an automated email that says to file complaint with USPS. There was plenty of time to ship a replacement out in time for Christmas if they had been responsive, but now my husband will not get a gift. Bah humbug. If there were zero stars on the review I’d choose that, but 1 was the lowest.
