Has anyone that ordered this coat had it shipped Speed X ?? I’ve heard terrible things and it’s not moved in 5 days, this was a Xmas gift and I’m worried it’s never going to show, their customer service is awful it’s all AI now and their shipping provider **SPEED X**😭😔😔 Save yourself the heartache, SPEED X has no contact info except the AI bubble.
