Stay away from Bretton groom room in Peterborough
I’m leaving this review as I am so disgusted with how my dog has been treated today at the Peterborough bretton groom room. When going back to collect him from his appointment he was muzzled, with a lead around his neck which was tight and uncomfortable and he was clearly very distressed. As we arrived to get him, the lady was cleaning his ears and was being extremely rough with him. I asked why he was muzzled as he has never worn a muzzle in his life, she claimed he had gone for her twice (which I’m not surprised he did after seeing how rough and totally dismissive the lady was being to how distressed he seemed). My dog is the softest dog and has never gone for anyone. I feel truly heart broken that he was treated the way he was, I for sure will never be taking him back. The lady’s clearly couldn’t care about the dogs well being. To make all of this worse I had my two young children with me who were very upset to see him muzzled and tied up!!!
