Stay Away from Service Titan
Whatever you do, do not consider Service Titan as a platform. They got money behind them to make false claims, get you to sign a contract and then offer you “work arounds” for any serious problem you’ve brought to them. Their answer to anything is, “Make a post on our group forum, and if it gets enough upvotes by the community, the designers will *consider* implementing a change”. Worst company I’ve ever worked with and I regret ever doing business with them. “Account Success Managers” are unreachable, unprofessional, ignore emails and you’re lucky if you get a response at all. You’re better off throwing your money down a well.
