Buyers BEWARE!! I purchased my cloud pillow in February 2026 and absolutely loved it (at 1st). After 5 months the foam is tearing. When I reach out to Mellow, they said because I purchased it in February they could only offer a 25% discount. I've owned a lot of pillows over the years and they have never fallen apart. I would never purchase from them again. They do not stand behind their product. Very cheap!! PS I also purchased the bedspread and the quality is not what I expected. I'm afraid to wash it because of the reviews I've seen saying it will tear and that staining appears. I'll stick with $80 bedspreads from TJ Maxx. I'm not sure how much more you need me to explain other than the foam is tearing and one corner is totally detached. I would expect a lot more for my money. A pillow should'nt fall apart at only 5 months. I sent a picture to customer service and their reply is just "sorry" and we will credit you 25% to buy another disappointing product. I would have thought they would stand behind their product. I found out that's not the case.
