Still Gonna Buy Another
The item arrived with scuffs and stains on the cover. Item appeared to have been a return, though the cover was in a new and sealed bag the stains came right off; and were only on one corner... apparently just water. The scuffs being nothing, as if they would not be created by my own use, overall superficial but still a white blemishes on the nice green powder coat. Overall still likely to buy another. Solid construction and everything lined up precisely. Great Rack.
