Not worth the risk
Find it hard to believe any of these reviews are legitimate. After ordering at the beginning of December from a sponsored post on Facebook, i chased up to check dispatch dates as Christmas was fast approaching. No direct reply but then had a generic email saying it had been dispatched. Started to panic so did some more digging and realised how many people have had issues too. Requested a refund through my bank which they did straight away - a week later the company have generated a refund for me now too (bank will be taking their intial one back). Still no communication as to what happened to my order. Stay clear!
