I'll use them again, but-
I didn't like how I was left to wonder what was happening to my order. They have a function on their website where you can view your order and whether it's processing, shipped, reviewed, etc. I had received the package this morning and everything was good. What you see in their mockups is what you get. I have nothing bad to say about the products. But when I check the website now, IT'S STILL SAYING IT'S PROCESSING. 😅 I didn't even recieve any emails or notifs besides the confirmation order from when I purchashed it on the 16th. Sure, maybe it's the holiday season and they're probably rushing other things and bulk orders for artists - but that shouldn't be an excuse. I've read horror stories for their other competitor (will not name drop but you probably know who it is) and I've only read good things about Wooacry, so I'm willing to utilize their services again.
