Bad in every way
Very bad customer service, Flexship trap and no refund. For a year now, i have received a warning, before my Flexship (Abo) will be shipped and paid. Not this time. I directly wrote Monat to cancel the order. No answer until it was too late. They want me to pay the return to poland. I wrote again, but no answer. My relation with Monat is over now. My hair feels good with their products, but a closer look at the ingredients shows that they are in fact harmful for the environment. So their whole "modern nature" is just a scam.
