Half of the items of my Order were…
Half of the items of my Order were missing. I contacted them immediately, sent pictures and proof. I think they messed my Order up from the beginning as costumer service told me that two dresses were in the package and they had video proof (they never sent me video tho lol). The funny thing is, I did not even Order two dresses. So i contacted Paypal for more support and suprisingly LaceMade did not respond for a week. I had to even file a Police report for fraud. Luckily I got my Money back after a month of back and forth. I‘m really sad as LaceMade has the cutest clothes and I wanted to become a returning costumer
