Unusable tool, unhelpful support, and refused refund
We paid the full tariff for a subscription expecting a reliable SEO platform, but the system was so buggy and glitched that it was practically unusable for our work. When we reached out to customer support to resolve the issues, they completely brushed us off, claiming they couldn't see any problems on their end and refusing to offer a fix. To make matters worse, they flatly refused to issue a refund for a tool that failed to function, essentially forcing us to pay full price for a service we couldn't even use. Taking full payment for broken software and hiding behind canned support responses is unacceptable. Save your money and go with an SEO tool that actually works and values its paying customers.
