Bad experience
My experience with Oclean has been deeply disappointing, not because of a defect, but because of the company’s lack of customer care. I purchased a toothbrush in their website based on Amazon information stating it had a pressure sensor. After opening the packaging only to verify this feature (without using the product), I discovered that the functionality was not as expected. Oclean refused any return or alternative solution, hiding behind hygiene policies, even though the product was unused. This experience showed me a brand that prioritizes rigid policies over customer trust and satisfaction. I do not recommend Oclean to anyone who values transparency and responsible after-sales support.
